Overnight Oats

Easy recipe that you can make the night before to save you time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned/Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (add it gradually, although it will look quite milky, but will incorporate overnight; you can add it a bit less milk if needed, but the consistency is deceiving)
  • 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Add oats to a mason jar, bowl, mug, or container
  2. Add milk gradually into it, and mix
  3. Add and mix in the maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla
  4. Add in any additional ingredients if needed
  5. Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy!
