I have no excuse except for I had a plan to post but then for some reason I kept thinking “I’ll do it later today,” which was clearly all a lie. Sure, last week for me was busy (for quarantine), but I had the post ready for weeks. Don’t worry, I’m alive! 🙂

The homemade energy bites I make at home are like a protein or snack bar, but in bite form. I eat these sometimes as a snack, or post workout (I just made and ate some after my workout about 30 minutes ago).They are super fast, and easy, and they also require hardly any clean up. I recommend refrigerating them for a while for maximum results but if you want to eat them immediately, then go for it! You totally can customize these according to your taste! If you know me, you know I have an OBSESSION with chocolate chips. I use them in so many recipes, and they fit perfectly into these bite sized snacks.
They might not be for everyone, but I love them for sure.
